How it works

From the open web to your next decision

No keywords to guess, no dashboards to configure, no analysts to hire. Tell us your brand; within 72 hours you are reading a year of your market, properly scored.

The pipeline

Four steps, seventy-two hours

01

Day 0

Tell us about your brand

A short intake form: your brand, the product lines or markets you want read, and the competitors you care about. That is the whole setup. No keyword lists, no Boolean queries, no taxonomy workshop.

02

Day 0 to 1

We collect the last 12 months

Blimpse gathers a year of public conversation about you and your competitors from across the open web: reviews, Reddit, forums, news, blogs, X, Threads, Quora, app stores, and sector-specific sources on request.

03

Day 1 to 3

Every conversation is read and scored

Each unit of conversation is scored at the aspect level through HEATS: human tone, emotion, anxiety, trend and severity. Sarcasm scores as sarcasm. One-off noise is filtered out and flagged as such.

04

Within 72 hours

Your baseline report lands

An interactive dashboard covering where your market stands: aspect-by-aspect sentiment across you and your competitors, with verbatims and strategic takeaways. From then on, a fresh report every month, scored against your baseline so movement is visible month over month.

Where the data comes from

Public conversations, found without keywords

Keyword tools can only find what you already suspected. Blimpse starts from your brand and follows the conversation outwards, including discussions where your name is never mentioned but your category is being decided.

Pages are re-crawled minutes after they change, so your dashboard reflects what is being said now, not last quarter.

Review platforms

Trustpilot, Google, app stores, marketplace reviews

Reddit and forums

Where buying decisions are actually argued out

News and blogs

Coverage, roundups, and the comment sections under them

Social platforms

X, Threads and public discussion, not private accounts

Q&A communities

Quora and sector-specific communities on request

The long tail

The obscure blog your next customer actually reads

Ethics

Public conversations only, never private data. No scraping of authenticated content, no API misuse, and no personal data retained beyond what the analysis needs. Details on the trust and data page.

Beyond polarity

Not positive or negative. A human-emotion analysis framework.

Blimpse maps emotional drivers to specific brand and product aspects using HEATS, our proprietary framework built on established sentiment analysis research and extended with a psychological layer.

Human tone

Preserves sarcasm, irony, frustration. Catches what other tools score wrong.
"Great. Another delay."

Emotion

Captures the underlying feeling behind a statement, beyond simple polarity.
"Love the design but..."

Anxiety

Identifies risk, doubt, hesitation, and trust erosion before it converts to lost sales.
"Worried about durability"

Trend

Tracks directional movement between time periods. The signal in the noise.
Sentiment shifting +12%

Severity

Flags rare but high-impact issues before they scale into a crisis.
"My lawyer is involved"

Most tools score "Great. Another delay." as positive. We score it as Human tone, sarcastic, frustration directed at delivery. That distinction is the difference between a dashboard and a decision.

The deliverable

What lands in your report

Every report is an interactive dashboard, not a PDF attachment. The same structure as the sample report, on your market.

Aspect sentiment heatmap

You and your competitors, aspect by aspect: delivery, pricing, durability, service, whatever your market actually talks about.

HEATS scores on every unit

Not one average number. Five dimensions per aspect, so a polite market with rising anxiety is visible before it churns.

Voice-of-customer verbatims

Real quotes with sources and emotion tags. The line your CEO will repeat in the next board meeting.

Strategic takeaways

What changed, why it matters, and what to act on this quarter, written in plain language with citations.

Severity alerts

Between reports, the rare conversations that signal real trouble get flagged to you as they happen.

Then it stays current

A fresh report every month, re-scored against your baseline: what drifted, what emerged, what escalated.
