Market intelligence built around how people actually talk

Blimpse pulls the conversations shaping your brand from across the open web, reads them across multiple emotional dimensions, and turns them into a single decision-ready view. Built for marketing teams that need answers, not data exports.

FAQ

The questions we get most

How is this different from other listening tools?

Most listening tools start with a search box. You tell them what to monitor, they find it. Blimpse starts with your brand and surfaces conversations you would never have searched for, including the ones where your brand name is never mentioned. We also read emotion across multiple dimensions, not just positive versus negative.

Do you only analyse reviews?

No. Reviews are one input. We also read Reddit, forums, X, Threads, news, blogs, Quora, app stores, and sector-specific sources on request. The pre-purchase conversations of people considering you matter as much as the post-purchase reviews of people who already bought.

How fresh is the data?

Pages are re-crawled minutes after they change, so dashboards reflect what is being said right now, not last quarter. Severity alerts run between monthly reports on every plan.

Does the team need technical skills to use it?

No. Reports are delivered as interactive web dashboards with plain-language summaries on every chart. There is no SQL, query-building, or taxonomy work involved.

How quickly are we live?

Within seventy-two hours of signup. We collect and score your 12-month baseline, then deliver your first interactive report. No kickoff workshop required.

What about ethics and data sources?

We only use publicly available conversations, never private data. No scraping of authenticated content, no API misuse, no personal data retention beyond what is necessary for analysis.
