We collect and score the last 12 months of public conversation, and your baseline report lands in your portal within 72 hours. Your monthly subscription starts when your first monthly report is delivered.

Each aspect carries five scores. Human tone: how it is said, sarcasm included. Emotion: the feeling behind it. Anxiety: risk and hesitation building before churn. Trend: direction of movement since the last period. Severity: rare conversations that need a response now. A high anxiety score on a stable sentiment line is the classic early warning.

One report covers one brand, product line or market, with competitors included. A group running 14 schools runs 14 reports; a brand with home and outdoor ranges runs two. You choose the lens during intake, and we advise if a different split would read better.

Sources are re-crawled continuously and severity flags are raised as they happen, between monthly reports. The monthly report is the considered read; alerts are the smoke detector.

Unlimited users on every plan. Invite your team from the portal; access is per-organisation, not per-seat, so there is never a licence discussion.

Yes. Every report you have received is yours to keep, permanently. Portal access to past reports remains after cancellation.

A one-time $750 onboarding per report, which buys its 12-month baseline. Then your plan price monthly: Solo $300, Multi $450 for up to three reports, Portfolio $1,200 for up to ten. On annual plans, onboarding is included in the yearly price.

Both from your portal, no call required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month. Pausing is free for up to six months and your baseline stays warm, so resuming does not need a new onboarding.

40% off your first 12 months, for the first 15 reports onboarded. It appears as a line-item discount on every invoice, so the list price and your saving stay visible.

Yes, at any renewal. Moving to annual mid-stream credits your unused month. Annual plans run to the end of their paid year and are not refunded mid-term.
